Strength and conditioning services are offered to athletes of all levels, recreationally active individuals, individuals looking to increase strength and fitness, or individuals who have not been previously active and are looking for a safe introduction to structured exercise. This service is offered 1:1, or in small group settings.

Strength and conditioning sessions may be completed in home, or outdoors weather permitting. On the first visit, I conduct a thorough assessment of your current level of fitness, strength, balance, and mobility. Based on these findings and your goals, I will work with you to create a plan that meets your needs. Depending on your unique plan, this may consist of strength exercises, plyometric exercises, speed and agility training, cardiovascular conditioning, or balance and mobility work. If you are an athlete, these interventions can be tailored to your sport and can be integrated into your schedule based on whether you are in season or off season.
