Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy

Pelvic floor physiotherapy is a specialized form of physiotherapy that focuses on treating issues related to the pelvic floor muscles. The pelvic floor muscles are a group of muscles that support the bladder, bowel, and uterus in women, and the bladder and prostate in men. These muscles can weaken or become overactive and tight over time, leading to a variety of problems such as urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, back pain, sexual dysfunction, and more.
